Think of it as monthly creative support without the overhead of hiring in-house. Each month, you reserve a dedicated amount of time in my design schedule for the branded pieces your business needs next.
Instead of starting a new project every time something comes up, your membership gives you consistent access to design support for website updates, social graphics, launch assets, marketing materials, print pieces, and everyday creative needs.
Membership clients receive priority scheduling, quicker turnaround times, and ongoing brand consistency across every touchpoint.

What’s Included
Membership can be used for ongoing design needs like print collateral, digital graphics, social media graphics, product packaging, website updates, marketing materials, and other branded support. New brand/visual identity projects and full website builds are not included, but can be booked separately. Additional costs like stock photos, font licensing, etc. are also not included.

Monthly Membership
There is no commitment required. The membership program is flexible and is billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Discounted rates may be available for clients who commit to a minimum 3-month term.

Reserved Hours
Choose the monthly hour block that works best for your brand. Unused hours expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. I’ll keep you updated as you get close to your monthly hours so you can decide whether to pause or approve additional time. The membership price per month will be a discounted rate from my standard hourly rate. Overage in hours each month will be billed at my standard hourly rate.

Payment + Overage
Payment is due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead (you will receive an invoice a week before and include the monthly retainer rate for that month and any additional charges from the previous month).
Unused hours will expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. If additional time is needed, I’ll let you know before moving forward, and any approved overage will be billed at my standard hourly rate.
